ELECTROPHORESIS EQUIPMENT
Bio-Ed's DNA ElectrophoresisTanks are made from high-quality, scratch-resistant perspex allowing you to monitor your gel at a glance. Included with each tank are:
- Electrical Leads (black and red)
- Gel comb
- Gel casting tray.
- Pure platinum ultra long-life electrodes.
The power leads are attached to an interlocking safety lid to ensure power to the gel is disconnected when you remove the lid.
Each tank is designed with safety in mind; they are 100% water proof and will only work with the lid on. The pure platinum electrodes ensure complete protection against corrosion from the high voltages used in electrophoresis.

Bio-Ed powersupplies offer the flexibility of continuously adjustable voltage selection from10 to 100 true DC volts. The lower voltage limit of 10 volts is perfect for running gels overnight.
